Creating a Client on Desktop


Clients are the life blood of any business! To build your client structure in your JCards account, always start by creating a client. These steps apply to the desktop platform only.


  1. Select the “Clients” tab on the left-hand side navigation bar.
  2. Select the “+” symbol on the top right corner to fill in the “Client Profile”.
  3. Select the client type — Business or Individual — In this example we will use Business.
  4. Add a logo or graphic to represent the client either by photos or by taking a picture of the logo. 
  5. In the case of a Business client, insert the business name, e.g. "Intent Building Contracting".
  6. Add your client's address into the Address field. This will locate the specified address on Google Maps.
  7. Add other information such as Primary Contact and Notes at any time.
  8. Select "Create Business" and it will appear on your Clients list.

You have successfully created your first Client.
